Over 25 years of Construction & Housing Experience

Having started a career within the construction industry from leaving school I rapidly progressed from a trainee estimator/surveyor through to a Senior Quantity Surveyor having worked for major construction companies including RG Carter, Tarmac, Laing, Morgan Sindall & Balfour Beatty. This involved pre and post contract work on major refurbishment, maintenance and construction projects including Stansted Airport, RAF Coltishall and the construction of the New Norfolk & Norwich Hospital.

I then diversified to broaden my skills to explore a career in social housing, commencing as a Surveyor but progressing to my last position of Assets Manager for Victory Housing Trust, responsible for the effective delivery of planned works programmes, cyclical programmes and general repairs with a budget of over £10m per annum.

I have recently gained Civil Aviation Authority approval and licensing to permit myself to use unmanned aerial vehicles for surveying, photography and filming which brings an exciting twist to conventional high level surveying practice . This is carried out through our specialist company BlueSky UAV Specialists.

Having this broad depth of knowledge, skills and experience has lead to myself founding BlueSky Project Services Ltd which provides a multi-disciplinary consultancy service to a wide range of market sectors and clients.
